Our dedicated designers will diligently work on the requests in your queue every business day, ensuring prompt attention to your design needs. While we strive to deliver efficiently, please note that our team operates within human limitations. We can focus on a maximum of two projects at a time, ensuring dedicated attention to detail. Once your projects are delivered, we will seamlessly move forward to the next ones in line. At Magnifica Designs®, we pride ourselves on delivering fully customized work that perfectly aligns with your brand. Rest assured, you gain 100% ownership of the files as soon as we deliver them to you. The files are provided in native Affinity Designer formats, as well as widely compatible formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF. Embrace the freedom to use and modify your designs, empowering your brand with complete control and flexibility.
A project with Magnifica Designs® encompasses various possibilities, including a dynamic 4 or 5 carousel ad/post, a captivating 2-sided flyer, or an engaging brochure. However, it’s essential to ask yourself the initial question: Can I sensibly explain or show what I want? If your answer is affirmative, fantastic! We can proceed. However, if you feel that Magnifica Designs® may not currently align with your brand’s requirements, we understand. Premium Plan Add-ons:
    • Small website or landing page design.
    • Logos with a clear concept or direction.
    • Branding (Design only. We do not provide written content such as brand/identity write-ups.)
    • Advanced info graphics.
We DO NOT support the following types of requests:
    • Video or Motion Graphics.
    • Extremely complex or fine art illustrations.
    • Fillable or interactive PDF documents.
    • MS Word Documents.
    • Photoshop art (or) complex photo manipulation.
    • Digital Painting & Game Assets.
    • 3D / CAD.
    • HTML / CSS / UI / UX, Mobile or App Design.
    • Coding, Programming, or Development.
    • Content Writing (eg: typing text from images, coming up with titles for your ads, doing research for your copy, etc)
    • Inappropriate requests that are defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that is against Majestic Design’s core values.

Understand that you have the flexibility to request revisions according to your chosen plan and specific needs. However, please keep in mind that each revision will be treated as a new creative request. As a result, it may impact the delivery timelines of other pending or active requests in the queue. We strive to accommodate your revisions while ensuring the overall efficiency and timely completion of all projects. Feel free to communicate your revision requests, and we will work together to meet your expectations within the given constraints.

Typically, clients can expect to receive the first concept or the next revision within 1-2 business days. However, it’s important to note that the delivery time may vary based on the complexity of your request and the number of active requests in your queue. While we strive to maintain efficient turnaround times, please understand that intricate or high-volume projects might require additional time for careful execution. Rest assured, we are dedicated to delivering quality results while managing the demands of all ongoing projects.

Upon engaging our services, you will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group where direct communication with the designer becomes seamless. This platform enables you to provide instructions, offer feedback, inquire about the project’s progress, and stay informed about the expected due date. By facilitating direct interaction, we ensure a collaborative and transparent experience, allowing you to actively participate in shaping your project to perfection.
